PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of air into a cartridge while preventing leakage of ink at the time of loading an ink cartridge by providing a sealing means for delivering ink at an ink supply section with an unsealing means acting upon intrusion of an ink supply needle conducting with a recording head. SOLUTION: An ink supply section 110 located on the bottom of case section is provided with an ink channel 113 comprising a first channel 111 conducting with the inside of the case section through a filter and a second channel 112 facing the ink supply needle side of a printer. The channel 112 is enlarged as compared with the channel 111 and a sealing means 120 fitted, while abutting each other, with a first sealing body 121 made of an elastically deformable material located in the central part on the side of the channel 111 having a plus or minus-shaped slit 121A and a second sealing body 122 facing the needle side is disposed in the channel 112. A normal open truncated conical through hole 122A is made in the center of the sealing body 122 so that a needle can be inserted while sealed and fitted in the channel 112. |
