THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION FOR MOLDING FOAMING PALLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition for molding a foaming pallet and to improve size stability of a molding product when molding the foaming pallet. SOLUTION: A foaming thermoplastic resin composition contains a thermoplastic resin and azodicarbonamide as an essential foaming component and further at least 0.1 pts.wt. of talc having an average particle size not more than 15μm, preferably 1-15μm to 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin as an essential component when molding a foaming pallet, to improve size stability of the molding product obtained for the foaming pallet. A carbonate may also be added to this composition, and thereby increases the amount of generating gas.
