<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive plan to which user's liking is reflected. <P>SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a domestic installation device 10 and an on-vehicle device 20. The domestic installation device 10 is equipped with an information collecting device 11 for collecting using state information of home electric appliances 15 and non-home electric appliances 16 of the user, a drive plan generation device 12 for generating the drive plan based on the using state information, and a communication device 14 for transmitting the recommended drive plan information 18.
