PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed bedding bedrock holding fixed device and a natural restoration slope method capable of corresponding to the affluent nature restoration taking into consideration even versatility and the gene level of an organism. SOLUTION: The seed bedding bedrock holding fixed device equipped with at least a holding zone and an anchor pin is used, young plants are arranged inward of the seed bedding bedrock holding fixed device, at the same time, the seed bedding bedrock holding fixed device and the young plants are fixed on a slope by making the anchor pin pass through, a plant growth bedrock is formed in the shape of a mound inside of the holding zone, and the spherical native natural plants are invaded and planted in a vacant land between the mound-shaped plant growth bedrock and the plant growth bedrock.
