PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jib attaching/detaching device which is excellent in safety and man-hour aspects because a wire tip for a jib need not be detached from a base end of the jib, and the wire tip for the jib need not be carried to a jib tip. SOLUTION: The jib attaching/detaching device to/from a tip of a telescopic boom of a mobile crane capable of connecting a jib 60 to the tip of the telescopic boom by a boom-jib connection means comprises a jib attaching/detaching sheave 55 installed on an upper part of the tip of the telescopic boom in a telescopic manner forward of the tip of the telescopic boom, a wire intermediate portion locking unit 67 capable of attaching/detaching an intermediate portion of a wire 45 for the jib installed on an upper part of a base end of the jib, and a wire tip locking unit 69 which is installed on a tip of the jib and capable of attaching/detaching the tip of the wire 45 for the jib.
