PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling member for an underground water storage system having excellent pressure-proof strength in spite of a simple structure, capable of securing a large void ratio and easily constructed. SOLUTION: A plurality of filling members F are built up for use in a water storage space of the underground water storage system. The filling member F is formed in downward open shape having an upper wall part 10 and a peripheral wall part 20 formed along the outer peripheral edge of the upper wall part 10. The peripheral wall part 20 is integrally provided with a plurality of leg parts 30 placed on the upper face of the upper wall part of the other lower filling member when built up vertically, and the filling member F is integrally formed of thermoplastic resin.
