The present invention relates to crystalline forms of cabozantinib phosphoric acid salt and cabozantinib hydrochloric acid salt and to a method for their preparation. Furthermore, the invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said crystalline forms and their use as anti-cancer medicaments.
