PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the progress status of a gene mutation.SOLUTION: A reception unit 41 receives designation of a target subject and a target gene, and a determination unit 42 determines, for a specimen sample of a target subject, whether or not a plurality of pieces of melting curve data which are obtained by melting temperature measurement related to the target gene and have different collection times of the specimen sample respectively are present in a melting curve DB 50.
