PURPOSE:To accurately read a digital input signal, by transferring the digital input signal to a second-order register after confirming the input of a new digital input signal to a first-order register by a data updating detector, and fetching a measured value from the second-order register by the sampling signal of an instrumentation system. CONSTITUTION:The first-order register 11 and the second-order register 12 which store the digital input signals, and the data updating detector 13 which detects the input of the digital input signal to the first-order register, are provided to the titled system when the new digital signal is inputted to the first- order register 11, the data updating detector 13 detects the fact, and the digital input signal stored in the first-order register 11 is transferred to the second-order register 12 by the output signal of the data updating detector 13, and the digital input signal transferred to the second-order register 12 is fetched in the instrumentation system by the sampling signal of the instrumentation system. In such way, it is possible to read the digital input signal processed at high speed accurately.
