The thermoplastic flame retardant resin comprises polyolefin based resin 100 wt. pts.; surface-treated inorganic flame retardant 60-150 wt. pts.; flame retardant builder 1-50 wt. pts.; low molecular binder 0.5-5 wt. pts.; and polymer binder 0.5-5 wt. pts. Polyolefin resins are PP, HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, VLDPE, EVA, EEA, EMM, EPM, EPDM, VAMAC, et al. One or 2-3 kinds of the above are mixed and used. Polymer binders are one or 2-3 kinds of unsaturated carboxylate modified polyolefin resin.
