<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally synthesize and control musical sound in a sound rise interval. <P>SOLUTION: A head system playing style module comprises a nonloop waveform, having a characteristic waveform shape in a transitional interval, such that pitch and timbre unstably vary with time in a sound rising waveform, and a plurality of loop waveforms capable of repeatedly reading out and are different in pitch and timbre variations in the sound rising waveform, following the non-loop waveform is stored. One or a plurality of loop waveforms among the plurality of loop waveforms are selected as data for synthesizing musical sound, according to an obtained note length. Meanwhile, synthesis of normal sounds to be secured of reality can be made by connecting to a body system, after using all of the non-loop waveforms and the plurality of loop waveforms; it is made possible to cope with synthesize a short sound, such as a "rapid phrase" by selectively using only one part of the loop waveforms, according to the note length of sound to synthesize and connecting with a tail system without connecting the body system further. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
