PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase storage efficiency and facilitate or dispense with the height adjustment of a partition plate. SOLUTION: This chemical feeder 20 is provided with a vessel section 13b storing a chemical, an aligning board 13c rotatably provided in it, the partition plate 23 provided to face a discharge port 13f formed at the end section of a circular gap between the vessel section 13b and the aligning board 13c and partitioning part of the circular gap, and many bulkheads 13d provided in parallel on the side peripheral face of the aligning board to divide the circular gap. The vessel section 13b and the aligning board 13c are formed with a hard member, and the partition plate 23 is formed with a soft member. Even when the width W of the bulkheads 13d is shorter than the height H of the partition plate 23, the bulkheads 13d are arranged lower than the partition plate 23. The partition plate 23 is hooked on some of a plurality of small holes with pawls or the like without being screwed.
