SOIL PURIFICATION SYSTEM, AND SOIL PURIFICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil purification system and a soil purification method where soil can be purified by spreading iron powder and an oxidizer over a wide range without causing soil exhaust. SOLUTION: The soil purification system is equipped with: a cutting member 2; a spiral vane 4 for stirring; a stirring member 5 provided with an injection tube; a supporting means 6; an iron powder vessel 7; a valve controlling the content of iron powder exhausted from the iron powder vessel 7; a cylindrical vessel receiving the iron powder to be exhausted; a rotating shaft and a spiral vane; a rotating means; and an exhaust port. The system further comprises: an iron powder feeder 8 feeding the iron powder fed into the cylindrical vessel to the exhaust port by the rotation of the spiral vane; and an air or nitrogen feeding means 13 feeding air or nitrogen to the iron powder vessel 7, the inside tube and the outside tube of a double tube. In the system, the rotating speed in the rotating means is changed in accordance with the amount of the iron powder controlled by the valve, the iron powder exhausted from the exhaust port is fed to the inside tube by air or nitrogen, and the iron powder exhausted from the inside tube is sprayed toward soil by the air or nitrogen fed to the outside tube.
