PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood circuit capable of reducing residual blood by eliminating the difference in level for detecting the negative pressure, and capable of retaining the workability in the dialytic therapy, etc. SOLUTION: The blood circuit comprises a blood purifier 7, an artery-side blood circuit L1 for making the blood collected by a puncture needle at the distal end flow into the blood purifier 7, a vein-side blood circuit L2 for making the blood from the blood purifier 7 flow to the puncture needle at the distal end to be returned into the body of a patient, and a liquid introduction line L3 for introducing the liquid into the artery-side blood circuit L1. In the blood circuit, part of the liquid introduction line L3 is disposed parallel to the artery-side blood circuit L1, and the parallel part of the liquid introduction line L3 is integrated with the artery-side blood circuit L1. A part constituting the integrated part of the artery-side blood circuit L1 is made softer than a part constituting the liquid introduction line L3 so that the artery-side blood circuit L1 can be bent in the radial direction with the negative pressure inside the artery-side blood circuit.
