PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely intercept incident light which is likely to dazzle an occupant, without troubling the occupant. SOLUTION: Concerning illumination L, between a low illumination area A immediately moving a sunvisor body to a retracting position and a high illumination area Aa2 immediately moving the sun visor body in a target direction decided according to an incident angle, a middle illumination area A 3 moving the sunvisor body toward a target position after it has passed for a predetermined time period that the target position is on the retracting position side or a moving forward position side from a present position is provided. Latitude is provided between a threshold value L1 of illumination immediately moving the sunvisor body to the retracting position and a threshold value L2 of illumination immediately moving the sunvisor body in the target direction decided according to the incident angle.
