A brake reservoir tank structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of brake oil dually due to the modulated reservoir cap structure. A brake reservoir tank structure of a vehicle comprises a tank body(10) forming a oil storage inside, a partition member(20) which is located upright in the inside center of the tank body, a reservoir neck(30) fixed to the upper part of an upper body(11), a button member(40) preventing leakage of brake oil during driving, and a sensor unit(50) detecting the level of oil stored in the oil storage. The partition member includes a plotter(21) which is adjustable in height. The reservoir neck includes a fixing unit installed inside of the body. The sensor unit is installed on the lower body part of the partition member. |
