PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate manufacturing method which reduces a generation rate of a defective product caused by a cooling roller surface such as a power dust.SOLUTION: A laminate manufacturing method of allowing a cooling roller 10 to be rotated, and forming a laminate body laminated alternate multi-laminates of a dielectric thin film layer and a conductive thin film layer onto a surface, comprises: a winding step (step S3) for previously directly winding a belt-like protection film 85 to the surface of the cooling roller 10 along a predetermined center angle, and protecting the cooling roller 10 from the cause of the generation of a powder dust, a foreign material, and a defective product caused by the other surface; a cutting step (step S6) for cutting the protection film 85 at a delivery roller 81 side before a start of forming the laminate body; and a take-up step (step S7) for taking up the cut protection film 85 from a take-up roller 82 side at a speed higher than that of a rotational speed of the cooling roller 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
