Disclosed is a plug connector (100) based on TYPE-C, comprising a metallic shielding housing (1), an insulation body (2), a claw (3), an upper terminal module (4) and a lower terminal module (5). Twelve pairs of terminal grooves (21) are provided on a front and a back surface of the insulation body (2) for accommodating conductive terminals of the upper terminal module (4) and the lower terminal module (5), and two pairs of positioning holes are provided above the terminal grooves (21); the claw (3) comprises a claw body (31) and a claw arm (32), and installation holes (311) corresponding to the positioning holes are provided on the claw body (31); the upper terminal module (4) and the lower terminal module (5) are respectively provided with positioning pillars corresponding to the positioning holes, the upper terminal module (4) is provided on the front surface of the insulation body (2), the lower terminal module (5) is provided on the back surface of the insulation body (2), and by means of the fitting and installation of the positioning pillars with the positioning holes and the installation holes (311), the upper terminal module (4), the insulation body (2), the claw (3) and the lower terminal module (5) are connected in a snap-fit manner. The use of the plug connector improves the stability and reliability of the product, reduces the number of assembly parts in an assembling segment, and optimizes the product structure. |
