PURPOSE:To allow easy machining, including the use of a wire bonding machine, make a device compact and reduce production cost by arranging rectangular terminal plates in parallel on a plate body and displacing the height thereof. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular terminal plates 70 and 70' are provided on a plurality of projections 61 from a plate body 60, with the wide side thereof directed toward the external side of a cutout section 10, and the center terminal plates 70 and so forth kept higher than others at both sides. According to this construction, a lead 80 can be easily connected to each of the terminal plates 70 and so forth with a wire bonding machine. As a result, the body 60 and even a whole device can be made compact. Also, the forward end of the wire boding machine can be kept in contact with the terminal plates 70 and so forth in an orthogonal direction, when the length of the exposed portions of the plates 70 and so forth from the projections 61 is made large and small. A process for connecting the lead 80 can be thereby automated easily. |
