<p>PURPOSE: To make operation technically simple and to make it possible to increase the turning resistance of the inferior bone with respect the bone superior to a fracture section. CONSTITUTION: A hollow cylindrical cylinder needle N is inserted past the fracture section B into the internal cavity of the knee bone S having the fraction section B by incising the knee. The cylinder needle N has a recessed part 2 at its base end, has a circular conical part 4 in its front end and further, has a pair of openings 5a, 5b facing each other in the circular conical part 4. Kirschner steel wires 7, 7 are inserted into the cylinder N from the side of is curving front end 8. As the Kirschner steel wires 7, 7 progress within the cylinder needle N, their front ends 8 are projected diagonally outward from the openings 5a, 5b while the front ends are guided by the inside surface of the circular conical part 4, by which the Kirschner steel wires are driven into the osteocortex of the knee bone from the inner side. The curving parts 9 at the base ends of the Kirschner steel wires 7, 7 are detained to the recessed part 2.</p> |
