PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the fixation of an inner ring to a shaft and of an outer ring to a housing and to prevent abnormal resistance from acting on a roller by providing an annular groove having a square sectional form, which is formed out of a V-shaped recessed groove of the inner ring and a V-shaped recessed groove of the outer ring, with a plurality of short, cylindrical rollers inserted into the groove in such a manner that they intersect at a right angle with each other in three dimensions. SOLUTION: An outer ring 3, which is formed by coaxially piling a pair of symmetric annular members divided into two by means of a right and left, symmetric plane, is coaxially fitted into a center hole of a housing 12, whose center hole is fitted to a corner-cut-off and stepped part of its front surface, by means of a plurality of installation bolts 3b, which are inserted into a plurality of axial bolt holes 3a which are made in a thick-wall web part W3 of the outer ring 3 at an equal interval and in the circumferential direction. Meanwhile, a plurality of short cylindrical rollers having equal diameter and length are inserted into an annular hole, which is formed out of a V-shaped recessed groove 5 of an inner ring 2 and a V-shaped recessed groove 5 of the outer ring 3, which is inclined is inclined by an angle of 90 deg., and which has a square sectional form, via an annular retainer at such a relative position as the rollers intersect at a right angle with each other in three dimensions. |
