PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light splitter with optical multiplexing/demultiplexing function which can be adaptive to an increase in the number of video distributions and is of a very small type and simple constitution. SOLUTION: An optical waveguide circuit 10 is formed on a substrate 15. The optical waveguide circuit 10 is composed of: a light splitter 3 which branches the light inputted from one light input part 1 located at one end of the light splitter with equal light intensity and outputs the branched light from two or more light output parts 4; and two or more optical multiplexers/demultiplexers 5 arranged in parallel, wherein one light input part 7 of each optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 5 is connected to the corresponding light output part 4 of the light splitter 3, and the other light input part 2 is located at one end side of the optical waveguide circuit 10 so as to be in parallel to the light input part 1 of the light splitter 3. The optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 5 multiplexes the light of mutually different wavelengths inputted from two light input parts 2, 7, respectively, and outputs them from multiplexed light output parts 8 arranged on the end side different from the light input arrangement area of the optical waveguide circuit 10.
