FIELD: soft wares, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns pulp and paper industry. Method of strip manufacturing and strip for usage in manufacturing of volumetric sanitary paper products and towels, and also nonwoven products and materials, provides sacrificial material application on main underlayer in the shape of preliminary specified pattern, which should be transferred to the products, manufactured by means of this strip. Sacrificial material is deposited as drops by such controlled method, that regulating of extent of deposited material by x, y, z, at that drops are preferentially of average diameter 10 micrometers or more. Then to the main underlayer is deposited material on the basis of polymerous resin in every area, excluding that which were covered preliminary by sacrificial material. Then material on the basis of polymerous resin is fixed by methods which are suit for its content, and sacrificial material is removed. Material on the basis of polymerous resin can be then grinded in order to receive strip of uniform thickness with smooth, gross flat surface. ^ EFFECT: implementation of required prominent pattern on strip by simple and reliable execution. ^ 63 cl, 9 dwg |
