METHOD FOR COOLING BONDING AND FORCE FIT AND PIPE COUPLING DEVICE USING OF IT

A cooling interference fitting method and a pipe jointing apparatus are provided to prevent leakage by expanding a volume of an insertion when the cooled object is evenly expanded in room temperature. In an interference fitting method for an insertion into a hole of an object, the method comprises the steps of: preparing the object and the insertion, where the size of the inserted object can be larger than the size of a hole of the object in room temperature(S1); cooling the insertion in a low temperature to perform thermal contraction of the inserted object(S2); inserting the insertion into the hole of the object(S3); and returning to the room temperature so as to enable the insertion inserted into the object to be expanded in volume(S4).
