PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cleaning implement with which soil is wiped off simply and reliably by sliding the implement stably with uniform pressurizing force along the upper edge of the opening of the bowl part of a toilet bowl main body. SOLUTION: A hollow rim 3 is formed integrally at the upper edge of the opening of the bowl part 2 of the toilet bowl main body 1, and is provided with an upper wall part 31 and an inner wall part 32 to make a hollow shape. A nearly L-shaped cleaning implement main body 4 is formed of a lateral piece part 41 along the upper wall part 31 of the hollow rim 3 and a vertical piece part 42 along the inner wall part 32. On the inner side surfaces of the lateral piece part 41 and the longitudinal piece part 42 of the cleaning implement main body 4, a soil wiping-off layer 5 which is slid in contact with the surfaces of the upper wall part 31 and the inner wall part 32 of the hollow rim 3 is formed.
