<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte solution which makes no separation in itself even in a low temperature and has an excellent non-combustibility (fire retardance), high solubility of electrolyte salt, improved battery capacity, rate characteristics and charge and discharge cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The non-aqueous electrolyte solution contains (I) a solvent for solution of electrolyte salt containing (A) at least one sort of fluorine system solvent selected from a group consisting of fluorine containing ether, fluorine containing esther and fluorine containing carbonate, (B) non-fluorine system cyclic carbonate and (C) non-fluorine system chain-shaped esther and/or non-fluorine system chain-shaped ether, and (II) electrolyte salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
