Nonsteroic androgen acceptor regulator compounds of the general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, preparation process and pharmaceutically compositions containing the said compounds are disclosed. Such compounds of the general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof can be used for preparing nonsteroic medicines to treat and/or prevent conditions or diseases such as prostatic hyperplasi, prostatic cancer, hirsutism, high hormone-dependent alopecia and cane et al. because of androgen acceptor antagonistic activity.
