PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sliding bearing combining low friction, low wear and conductivity not lower than required for antistatic property. SOLUTION: The conductive sliding bearing has a sliding surface 1a formed of a conductive resin composition for sliding with a mating member. The conductive resin composition is obtained by mixing at least a lubricating ability imparting material consisting of a porous body and a lubricant, and a fibrous conductive material into resin. The conductive material has a fiber diameter of≤0.3μm and a fiber length of≥1μm and shaped to have an aspect ratio of≥5. As a mixing rate in the conductive resin composition, the lubricating ability imparting material is≥5 vol% and <60 vol%, the conductive material is≥0.1 vol% and <5 vol%, and resin is≥40 vol%.
