PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve liquid ejectability including flying directionality of a liquid droplet ejected from a nozzle hole. SOLUTION: An ejection surface 31 of a nozzle plate 130, which has a nozzle hole 3, is covered with a photo-curable resin 34, and the nozzle hole 3 is filled with the photo-curable resin 34 (b). A columnar cured portion 35, which is obtained by curing the photo-curable resin 34, is formed by irradiation with UV light (c). After the removal of the uncured photo-curable resin 34 (d), a nickel-plated film 151 and a water-repellent plated film 152 are sequentially formed on the ejection surface 31 in the state that the columnar cured portion 35 is left (e and f). After that, the nozzle plate 130 and a cover plate 129 are superposed via an adhesive (g). Subsequently, the columnar cured portion 35 is removed (h). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
