<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect easily and precisely a rear end part drawn out to the outside of a housing of a connector made of a metal piece to a circuit of an insulation substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The connecting end 13 of a connector 12 is arranged in a housing 11, and the rear end part 14 of each metal piece shape is drawn outside of the housing 11 and is arranged at a prescribed intervals by penetrating through an alignment member 16.
