<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the welding of a presser tool. <P>SOLUTION: The presser tool 1 is provided for pressing a first resin member which is emitted beam transmissive and absorptive, to a second resin member which is emitted beam absorptive, when welding the first and second resin members to each other with emitted beams. It comprises a resin part 3 formed of a resin material, and an emitted beam transmissive glass part 2 formed of a glass material. The resin part has a mounted portion 8 to be mounted on a predetermined installation.
