Dual flow fluid dispensing cap

A dual flow liquid dispensing cap (100) for a liquid container. The cap includes an outer body (112) and an inner body (114), the outer body adapted for engagement with an outlet structure of a container, and the inner body adapted for rotation within the outer body between a non-dispensing position and a dispensing position. The inner body is provided with a grasping element, and with dual passageways comprising a liquid passageway (138) and an air passageway (139). The air passageway is disposed within the liquid passageway such that the dual passageways open at one end of the grasping element. The air passageway allows air to enter the container when the inner body is in the dispensing position.
