Upper surface (3) comprises group of cutting teeth (8), arranged in line (33, 34) and equipped with cutting edges (9). Upper surface (3) is formed by central zone (10) and opposite zones (31, 32), made with downward inclination in direction from central area (10) and each containing by cutting teeth (8) row (33, 34).
