PURPOSE:To efficiently and hygienically form flattened rice cake by forming flattened rice cake by using a specific flattened rice cake making device and automatically forming a given amount of prepared rice cake. CONSTITUTION:A device wherein a conveyor of intermittently transporting prepared rice cake is successively equipped in the progress direction with a bottom plate supplying means, a rice cake feeding means, a rice cake weighing means, a top plate supplying means, a frame contacting means and a rice cake pressurizing means and output of the rice cake weighing means is connected to a control system of the rice cake pressurizing means is used, a given amount of rice cake is transferred to the bottom plate, weighed, then the top plate is placed on the prepared rice cake taken, the rice cake on the bottom plate is engaged with frames, output of the weighed amount is inputted and the top plate is pressurized downward by a pressing pestle having a controlled stroke to form the objective flattened rice cake. |
