ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPER AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD USING ITS DEVELOPER

PURPOSE:To provide the developer and the image forming method by which a residual toner on the surface of an image carrier is collected completely, and the whole device can be miniaturized. CONSTITUTION:A charge type magnetic toner whose main components are a binding resin and magnetic powder, and whose volume specific resistance is >=10<13>OMEGA.cm, and a magnetic carrier whose volume specific resistance is 10OMEGA.cm-10<6>OMEGA.cm are mixed in 10:90-90:10 weight ratio. Also, an electrostatic charge image is formed on an image carrier 3, the surface of the image carrier 3 is slide-rubbed by a magnetic brush consisting of the developer, a toner image converted to a developed image is transferred onto a recording maerial, and also, at the time of slide-rubbing the surface of the image carrier by the magnetic brush, a removal of a residual toner on the surface of the image carrier 3 after the transfer executed immediately before is finished and a conversion to a developed image of the electrostatic charge image are executed simultaneously.
