PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve holding power at a duct fitting part of an air conditioner duct for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This connecting structure of an air conditioner duct for a vehicle comprises a duct 1 having a male end part 2 and another duct 3 having a female end part 4, and is built by fitting and connecting the female end part 4 on the periphery of the male end part 2 interposing an elastic seal member 5. A plurality of convex beads 6 fitting closely with the inner periphery of the female end part 4 are provided parallel to an axial direction of the duct on the outer periphery of the male end part 2, and the male end part 2 and the female end part 4 are connected tightly each other.
