PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate having no missing images even in a minute decorative pattern, capable of preventing even an image with sharp edges from wearing and abrading through touching and effectively utilizing the metallic luster inherent in the decorative pattern. SOLUTION: The decorative pattern 3 which is aligned and tentatively adhered to an application tape by means of a first ultra-violet curing type adhesive layer by irradiating an ultra-violet ray with a drop in its adhering force, is engaged in a recess of an adherend to be formed in a nearly same shape as the decorative pattern 3 by means of a second ultra-violet ray curing type adhesive layer 4 which is cured by irradiating an ultra-violet ray with a drop in its adhering force, to form the decorative plate. Further, the ultra-violet ray curing type adhesive layer is cured by the ultra-violet ray, and the decorative pattern 3 is transferred and fastened to the recess of the adherend by means of uncured ultra-violet ray type adhesive and then the cured ultra-violet curing type adhesive layer is peeled, to form the decorative plate.
