A CD86 knockdown transgenic pig vascular endothelial cell line is provided to inhibit activation of human T cells during xenotransplantation, thereby controlling immune-rejection reaction caused by the human T cells and natural killer cells when a transgenic pig for organ transplantation is produced by using the same. An siRNA sequence regarding a porcine CD86 molecule consists of nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 1 and 2 or nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 3 and 4. An siRNA expression vector regarding the porcine CD86 molecule comprises the siRNA sequence, a promoter for initiating expression of the siRNA, and an antibiotic-resistant gene. A method for preparing a CD86 knockdown transgenic pig vascular endothelial cell line comprises a step of introducing the expression vector into a pig vascular endothelial cell line.
