A thermally conductive thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent thermal conductivity, impact resistance, fluidity, and tensile strength. A thermally conductive thermoplastic resin composition comprises a base resin 100.0 parts by weight and thermal conductive additive 0.1-30 parts by weight. The base resin comprises (A) grafted copolymer resin 20~50 parts by weight and (B) vinyl cyanide compound - aromatic vinyl compound copolymer 50-80 parts by weight. The graft-copolymer (A) is a graft polymer of a rubber polymer, aromatic vinyl monomer and vinyl cyanide monomer. The vinyl cyanide compound - aromatic vinyl compound copolymer(B) has an average molecular weight of 100,000-400,000. The thermally conductive additive is selected from the group consisting of low melting point metal, alumina fiber and their mixture.
