摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding resin composition for electrostatically charged image developing toners with which it is possible to obtain a toner that excels in low-temperature fixability, heat-resistant storage, and developability, and a toner for electronic photographs containing the binding resin composition for the toner.SOLUTION: Provided is a binding resin composition for electrostatically charged image developing toners containing a binding resin including a composite resin (HB) including a polyester resin segment (P) and a styrene resin segment (S), and a mold releasing agent (W) (except hydrocarbon wax having a hydroxyl group), in which the polyester resin segment (P) has a constitutional unit deriving from a hydrocarbon wax having a hydroxyl group, and the mass ratio of the mold releasing agent (W) to the hydrocarbon wax having a hydroxyl group introduced into the composite resin (HB) (mold releasing agent (W)/hydrocarbon wax having a hydroxyl group) is 0.1 to 10 inclusive, and an endothermic energy ratio ΔHexpressed by Formula (1) below is 0.10 to 0.70 inclusive. Endothermic energy ratio ΔH=ΔH/ΔH(1), where ΔH: endothermic energy amount per g of mold releasing agent (W) when measured as the binding resin composition; ΔH: endothermic energy amount per g of mold releasing agent (W) when the mold releasing agent (W) is measured singly.
