PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that enables accurate drowsiness estimation regardless of individual differences.SOLUTION: A drowsiness estimation device includes RRI acquisition means 21 for acquiring RRI data, index value calculation means 23 for calculating an index value on a plurality of kinds of indexes concerning an activity of an autonomic nerve, drowsiness estimation means 24 for evaluating the index value calculated by the index value calculation means 23 and estimating drowsiness based on a drowsiness estimation rule, storage means in which the drowsiness estimation rule is stored, a drowsiness information output device 40 for outputting information on the presence or absence of drowsiness, drowsiness data acquisition means 51 for acquiring information output from the drowsiness information output device 40, reference data generation means 52 for generating reference data for evaluating propriety of the drowsiness estimation rule using the drowsiness data, and update means 53 for updating the drowsiness estimation rule stored in the storage means based on the calculated index value and the reference data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
