<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tray which, when the object held therein, such as a semiconductor device, is handled, prevents an electrode or the like for mounting a CCB bump, provided on the surface of the object, from being damaged. CONSTITUTION:This is a tray for holding an object such as a semiconductor device. The tray 11 has a series of holding parts 12 each of which is for containing a semiconductor device 13 as an object for the holding and has a groove 16 as a means of attracting the object at the underside, that is, the semiconductor device 13 at the back.</p> |
