PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supported nonwoven fabric composed of a nonwoven fabric and a substrate bonded thereto while keeping the liquid-absorbing property of the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The supported nonwoven fabric is produced by bonding a liquid- absorbing nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 0.05-0.6 mm to a substrate with a tacky adhesive and the nonwoven fabric keeps the liquid absorptivity of 0.005-0.05 mL/cm<2> in the bonded state. The liquid absorbing property of the nonwoven fabric is not lowered by the bonding to the substrate. |
