PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler in which a staple is accurately conveyed. SOLUTION: The stapler comprises: a handle to be pushed down for binding operation by a user; a frame; and a base for supporting the handle and the frame. The frame comprises: a conveyance path 13 along which a connected staples 2 are conveyed; and a pusher 17 located below the conveyance path 13 to convey the connected staples. The pusher 17 comprises feeding claws 44 in positions corresponding to a feeding groove 13b of the conveyance path 13. The feeding claw 44 comprises a U-shape having hook parts 44A on which connection parts of the staples 3 are hooked. The hook part 44A has a shape with a wedge-like cross section. The feeding claw 44 is fitted to the pusher 17 turnably by a feeding claw turning shaft 17b.
