PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a rotor of a conventional rotary brush wherein a shape (a space part) with a face perpendicular to the flow of an air current is formed as to solve a problem on the manufacture to reduce the weight while retaining the strength by forming the space part in a member of the rotor rather than by making the member hollow, and wherein the space part is a cause of turbulence of the air current and also a source of noise. SOLUTION: The rotary brush body 30 related to this invention comprises a shaft part 37; a plurality of support bases 38 disposed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction to extend outward from the peripheral surface of the shaft part 37; cleaner body attaching parts 41 disposed at the distal ends of the support bases; cleaner bodies 33 attached to the cleaner body attaching parts 41; the space part 42 formed between a pair of adjacent support bases 38; and a mounting member 50 mounted on the space part 42 for reducing the turbulence of the fluid by varying the shape of the space part 42.
