#CMT# #/CMT# The method for the evaporation of metal alloy for the production of nanopowder and coating, comprises shifting an externally heated arc between an interior anode and an exterior anode in back and forth manner and changing pulse sequence between the interior and exterior anode to control the steam formation. A wire or rod (5) existing out of corresponding material is used as the interior anode of a plasma burner (1). The interior anode is surrounded concentric by the exterior anode.
