Provided is a passenger conveying device. The passenger conveying device can reduce sliding noise and collision noise of a guiding boot used for limiting move of a pedal in the left direction and the right direction and can achieve excellent durability and comfort with low cost. The passenger conveying device comprises a frame arranged on a building structure, two inlet and outlet floors arranged on the frame, a pedal chain which comprises a plurality of linkage plates in opposite directions, rotating shafts arranged on the linkage plates in opposite directions, rollers supported by the rotating shafts and pedal shafts arranged on the rotating shafts and moving circularly between the inlet and outlet floors, a pedal arranged at one side of the pedal chain through the pedal shaft, and a guide rail arranged on the frame. The guide rail comprises a roller guide surface for rotation walking of the rollers and a limitation part protruded from the roller guide surface vertically. The guiding boot is arranged on the pedal chain. The guiding boot has a sliding contact surface opposite to the limitation part on the side surface of the opposite direction of the direction at the position which is overlapped with the pedal shaft arranged on the pedal chain and equipped with the pedal. |
