An improved all-plastic LED lamp, consisting of a plastic lamp shade (1), an LED chip (2), a driving circuit board (3), a copper pin (4) and a plastic lamp body (5). The plastic lamp shade (1) and the plastic lamp body (5) are welded by means of ultrasonic waves; the driving circuit board (3) is vertically arranged in the plastic lamp shade (1) and the plastic lamp body (5); the copper pin (4) is fixedly installed under the driving circuit board (3), and the copper pin (4) extends out of the lower end of the plastic lamp body (5); the LED chip (2) is fixedly installed on the driving circuit board (3), and the LED chip (2) directly faces the plastic lamp shade (1); the LED chip (2) and the copper pin (4) are electrically connected to the driving circuit board (3); and the inside of the plastic lamp body (5) is also filled with a thermally-conductive transparent adhesive (6). The all-plastic LED lamp is provided with higher safety. |
