The present invention provides an electrostatic discharging circuit, a display device including the same, and a set electronic apparatus. The electrostatic discharging circuit includes: a charging unit receiving an input voltage to charge; a negative charge unit converting the input voltage into a low ground voltage lower than a ground voltage; and a stabilizing unit stabilizing the low ground voltage and applying the same to a display panel. The electrostatic discharging circuit can prevent damage to a component related to a gate low voltage lower than the ground voltage in the inflow of static electricity. |
