The present invention relates to a copper-carbon compound powder which removes a segregation phenomenon of the compound powder by enabling a part of lubricant particles to be applied as a particle bonding agent (binder) of a copper powder and a graphite powder through a predetermined mixing process, and improves a property of flow and other properties of matter. The present invention also provides a manufacturing method of the copper-carbon compound powder, wherein the manufacturing method for the copper-carbon compound powder comprises: a step of preparing the copper powder, the graphite powder, and a lubricant powder; a step of placing the copper powder, the graphite powder, the lubricant powder into a mixer at the same time; a step of performing first mixing for a predetermined time; a step of placing a mixture firstly mixed into a weightless mixer; a step of mixing the mixture at low speeds for a predetermined time at a first temperature in the weightless mixer, combining particles of the copper powder and the particles of the graphite powder as the part of the lubricant particles is melt; a step of mixing the mixture at low speeds for the predetermined time in the weightless mixer while the temperature is decreased to a second temperature lower than the first temperature, and solidifying a part of the lubricant particle combining the particles of the copper powder and the particles of the graphite powder by being melt; and a step of discharging the powder from the weightless mixer. |
